Founded in 1863 as the first educational establishment for girls.

The Educational Complex delivers services on primary and secondary education, including preschool, primary & secondary education pillars, also offers such programs as International Baccalaureate World School and Ècole Maternelle.

In seeking to provide outstanding education for children, we are keen to develop partnerships with professional learning community locally, Nationally and Internationally. In accordance with requirements of Education Reform Program – developing renewed models of educational institutions; building an effective management system; ensuring that curriculums are updated in line with modern requirements; taking advantage of new ideas & innovations; encouraging perfect learning environment for the development and education of talented children, as well as assurance the historical traditions and etc. – 132-134 Educational Complex was created on the basis of school No. 132 and the International Educational Complex (school No. 134 and kindergarten No. 57), due to the order of the Minister of Education No. 1257 dated 22.09.2010. Educational Complex 132-134 became an IB World School since 17 August 2017.

For the first time in Azerbaijan Ècole Maternelle model has applied at the Educational Complex since 2004. We are member of UNESCO Associated Schools Network since 1999. 132-134 Educational Complex is a Basic school for ADA School (Agreement of Cooperation with ADA University (Azerbaijan), dated 18/02/2015) We have the Sister Schools Partnerships with number of schools from Italy, Turkey, Russia, France, etc. (Ecole de Roshes (French International School, France, 2011); Liceo I. Newton (Liceo Isaac Newton di Chivasso, Italy, 2013); French Institute of Azerbaijan (L’Institut Français d’Azerbaïdjan, Azerbaijan, 2013); Galatasaray High School (Galatasaray Lisesi, Turkey, 2014); The Baku Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Филиал Московского государственного университета имени М.В.Ломоносова в городе Баку, Azerbaijan, 2014); Domodedovo gymnasium №5 (Домодедовская гимназия №5, Russia, 2014); Domodedovo Branch of the Russian State University for the Humanities (Домодедовский филиал Российского государственного гуманитарного университета, Russia, 2015); MOU with Baku French Lycee (Lycée Français de Bakou, Azerbaijan, 2019); High School Anadolu named after Şehit Murat Akdemir (Şehit Murat Akdemir Anadolu Lisesi, Turkey 2020)
