On October 10, IB DP 10th grade students from Educational Complex 132-134 took part in the International Education Exhibition held at Baku Modern Educational Complex.
The students visited the exhibition’s stands and met local & foreign participants from universities representing Turkey, the United States, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.
On September 16, the first bell rang and the new 2024/2025 academic year has started at the educational Complex 132-134.
The first lessons in all classes are devoted to the theme “Solidarity for the sake of a green world”.
We extend our best wishes to all in the upcoming academic year.
Huseynov Khazar, a 10th-grade IB student at the Educational Complex 132-134, won a Special Prize in the “Robotics” category at the International Science and Engineering Competition (ISEF) in the United States, the world’s most prestigious science competition for students.
Huseynov Khazar was awarded the first place and Gold medal in the field of “Computer Science” at the final stage of the 13th Republic Competition “SCIENTISTS OF TOMORROW” (“Sabahın alimləri”), and was chosen among the competition winners to represent Azerbaijan at the next stage held in the United States.
We congratulate Khazar on this outstanding educational achievement and wish him higher educational and scientific success in the future!

On June 14, the “Last Bell” ceremony was held in the Educational Complex numbered 132-134.
On June 1, a festive event celebrating International Children’s Protection Day was held at the Educational Complex 132-134.
Complex students performed colorful musical performances, songs and dances, and celebrated this holiday day.

On May 22, the traditional “France Day” was hosted at the Educational Complex 132-134 as part of the French language and Francophonie week.
Mrs. Ann Buayon, the Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan, Vazeh Askarov, the executive director of the Azerbaijan-French University, the chairman of APFAZ, Gulbeniz Jamalova, the coordinator of the French language at the Institute of Educational Problems, Azelma Hasanova, and many other invited guests attended the event.
Firstly, the guests were introduced to the Educational Complex’s structure, classrooms, the Complex’s history museum, the teaching process in “French model” classrooms, and had conversations in French with Complex students. The guests were happy to learn that children speak French freely and fluently from a young age.
Later, a celebration-event for “France Day” took place in the Complex’s Assembly Hall.
The students of the Educational Complex performed a literary and artistic composition dedicated to various examples of French and Azerbaijan culture, sang songs in French, recited poems, performed skits and displayed a visual example of Azerbaijan-France friendship and cultural cooperation on the stage.
The Azerbaijan department’s sixth grade students went on a tour to the “Ulduz” Chocolate Factory.
During the tour, factory staff provided the students with substantial information about the history of chocolate, production technologies, factory equipment, and the manufacturing process.
The students learnt about the factory’s equipment and manufacturing process, as well as the rules of safety, sanitation, and hygiene in the production area.

An excursion to the Yanardag State History, Culture, and Nature Reserve was arranged for Azerbaijan department sixth-grade students.
During the tour, the students visited the Yanardag Reserve, a strange Volcano of unknown age, as well as the Wolf’s Den, two thousand-year-old cemeteries, and a historic mosque in the Qirmaki Valley.
