On June 14, the “Last Bell” ceremony was held in the Educational Complex numbered 132-134.
June 1 – International Children’s Day holiday event
On June 1, a festive event celebrating International Children’s Protection Day was held at the Educational Complex 132-134.
Complex students performed colorful musical performances, songs and dances, and celebrated this holiday day.

The “France Day” celebration took place in Educational Complex 132-134
On May 22, the traditional “France Day” was hosted at the Educational Complex 132-134 as part of the French language and Francophonie week.
Mrs. Ann Buayon, the Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan, Vazeh Askarov, the executive director of the Azerbaijan-French University, the chairman of APFAZ, Gulbeniz Jamalova, the coordinator of the French language at the Institute of Educational Problems, Azelma Hasanova, and many other invited guests attended the event.
Firstly, the guests were introduced to the Educational Complex’s structure, classrooms, the Complex’s history museum, the teaching process in “French model” classrooms, and had conversations in French with Complex students. The guests were happy to learn that children speak French freely and fluently from a young age.
Later, a celebration-event for “France Day” took place in the Complex’s Assembly Hall.
The students of the Educational Complex performed a literary and artistic composition dedicated to various examples of French and Azerbaijan culture, sang songs in French, recited poems, performed skits and displayed a visual example of Azerbaijan-France friendship and cultural cooperation on the stage.
A trip to the chocolate factory was organized for the Azerbaijan department’s sixth-grade students
The Azerbaijan department’s sixth grade students went on a tour to the “Ulduz” Chocolate Factory.
During the tour, factory staff provided the students with substantial information about the history of chocolate, production technologies, factory equipment, and the manufacturing process.
The students learnt about the factory’s equipment and manufacturing process, as well as the rules of safety, sanitation, and hygiene in the production area.

The Azerbaijan department’s sixth-grade students went on an excursion to the Yanardag State History, Culture, and Nature Reserve
An excursion to the Yanardag State History, Culture, and Nature Reserve was arranged for Azerbaijan department sixth-grade students.
During the tour, the students visited the Yanardag Reserve, a strange Volcano of unknown age, as well as the Wolf’s Den, two thousand-year-old cemeteries, and a historic mosque in the Qirmaki Valley.
On the occasion of the International Day of Museums on May 18, primary school-children visited the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum and the Shirvanshahs Palace Complex
Excursions to the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum and the Shirvanshahs Palace Complex were organized for Complex’s primary school students on May 18 – International Museum Day.
The major goal of conducting this type of excursions for schoolchildren is to broaden students’ worldviews, instill in them a sense of respect for our national and moral ideals, and to provide extensive knowledge about our historical sites.

The awards ceremony of the initiative “I AM PROUD TO BE AN AZERBAIJAN!” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at the Educational Complex 132-134 within the scope of “Year of Heydar Aliyev.”
Students from Educational Complex 132-134 were awarded diplomas at the event for winning first, second, and third places in chess and football sports competitions, as well as poetry, essay writing, painting, STEAM, and the best video-roll and song contests organized as part of the project “I AM PROUD TO BE FROM AZERBAIJAN!”

A jubilee event titled “Heydar Aliyev – 100: the epic of a great life” dedicated to National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s 100th birth anniversary was held in the Educational Complex 132-134
Educational Complex 132-134 held an event titled “Heydar Aliyev – 100: the epic of a great life” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great leader of the Azerbaijani people, world-known politician, wise statesman, National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The jubilee event dedicated to the life and activity of great leader Heydar Aliyev.
Speakers – Mr. Vagif Mustafayev, People’s Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, creator of 12 documentaries about Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the feature film “Heydar Aliyev”, Mr. Shahin Rahmanli, the chairman of the “Ireli” Public Union and Mrs. Sara Khanlarova, Director of the Educational Complex and Honored Teacher of the Republic, spoke about the National Leader’s love for the motherland, commitment to the people, love for the native language, loyalty to national and moral values, historical traditions, innovation and modern personnel policy, which played an unprecedented role in the socio-political life of the Azerbaijani people and the history of statehood. It was mentioned that the saving and constructive mission of the National Leader was successfully continued today by his worthy follower, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
At the anniversary celebration, Heydar Aliyev’s favorite songs were played on the piano, and movies depicting the National Leader’s life journey and diverse statehood actions were screened.
Students from Educational Complex 132-134 performed a literary and creative composition and presented scenes on the life and accomplishments of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, the creator of independent and modern Azerbaijan.
